Orders with outstanding balances may be placed on hold, and clothing will be securely retained by Next Day Load & Fold until the complete balance is settled. Next Day Load & Fold will make up to three attempts to contact you via phone, text, and/or email regarding any unpaid balances or unclaimed clothing. If clothing remains unpaid or unclaimed for a duration of 90 days, the items may be considered abandoned and could be sold, donated, discarded, or otherwise managed in accordance with applicable laws and company policies. Accounts with outstanding balances, frequent late payments, or unclaimed clothing may be subject to closure, resulting in the discontinuation of future services. Please be advised that Next Day Load & Fold is not withholding items; they will be available for release once the full outstanding balance is settled.

How does dry cleaning work?

Executive Garment Care — $149/month

Our Executive Garment Care package offers a streamlined dry-cleaning pickup and delivery service, thereby removing the need for trips to the cleaners.

This package includes a monthly concierge service featuring 2 pickups per month, garment protection, and regular updates. Please note that dry-cleaning charges are billed separately.

How It Works:

To initiate a pickup, please request through Next Day Load & Fold. We will verify the items and generate an invoice. Payment is required prior to processing.

Dry Cleaning Pricing:

Charges are assessed by item, with specialty pricing determined after review.

Turnaround Time:

The standard turnaround time is 24–48 hours, with rush services available at an additional cost.

Important Policy:

All invoices must be settled before processing commences. Please be aware that our packages do not encompass dry cleaning costs.

How does our laundry service operate?

Next Day Load & Fold provides a professional and comprehensive pickup and delivery laundry service designed to meet your laundry needs efficiently. Our services encompass washing, drying, folding, packaging, and returning your laundry. Customers can choose between a monthly laundry subscription or opt for our services on a non-member basis.

With a monthly subscription, we will collect your laundry based on your selected package, weigh it, wash, dry, fold, package it, and return it within our standard 24–48-hour turnaround time, unless a rush service is requested and approved.

Silver Package — $179/month

Includes up to 60 lbs of laundry per month and two pickups per month.

Gold Package — $299/month

Includes up to 120 lbs of laundry per month and three pickups per month.

Diamond Package — $449/month

Includes up to 180 lbs of laundry per month and four pickups per month.

Executive Care Package — $599/month

Includes up to 180 lbs of laundry per month, four pickups per month, and up to $150 in dry-cleaning value.

Please be advised that laundry subscriptions apply to regular washable items only. Dry cleaning services are billed separately unless included in the package, as is the case with the Executive Care Package.

Any laundry exceeding the monthly package limit will incur an additional charge of $3.25 per lb.

Non-member pricing:

Standard Wash & Fold: $2.95/lb

Express / Next-Day: $3.25/lb

Same-Day Rush: $3.95/lb

Minimum order: 25 lbs

All additional charges, including overages, dry-cleaning fees, rush service fees, and any service-related charges, must be settled prior to the delivery or release of items.
